Rowan, Willow & Sycamore Class | Lesson activities

Our pupils have been enjoying lots of activities lately, here is an update from some of the classes!

Rowan Class have been loving their daily phonics sessions. As well as reviewing all taught sounds daily, they have been playing interactive games and embracing activities to consolidate their learning. Of late these have included; oral blending bingo, read and match, oral blending I spy and read and draw.  The children have all done really well since starting in September!

Willow Class recently had a lesson focused on anti-bullying. The aim was to instil an understanding of the importance of being united as one, with an emphasis on positivity and kindness. Check out Mr Evans’ socially distanced selfie with the class.

Sycamore Class has been learning all about the human digestive system in their Science lessons as part of their topic – burps, bottoms and biles! The children have really been enjoying all the practical and hands on learning they have been doing.
